What should I bring to the retreat?

We’ll provide you with all you’ll need for activities but for the best experience, please bring:
Comfy clothes for movement
Shoes you’re happy to walk in
Any medications and personal toiletries
An open mind and an open heart!

What’s included in the retreat price?

The retreat price includes:
All scheduled activities and workshops
Accommodation for the duration of your stay
All meals (from dinner on the first day to lunch on the last day)
Use of retreat facilities (e.g., garden, meditation room)

What if I feel anxious about attending a retreat?

It’s perfectly normal to feel some anxiety before attending a retreat. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all guests. You will be surrounded by like-minded individuals and experienced facilitators who will guide you through the retreat experience. We encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns you may have before the retreat begins.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes! If you have a friend, family member or partner who’d like to join you, please book a twin/king room for two. The only requirement is that all guests should participate in the retreat.

Can I extend my stay?

We’d love to host you longer! If you’d like to stay with us beyond the 3 day retreat, please enquire as soon as possible and depending on availability, you can book at a standard board-only rate.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will happily accommodate your needs with delicious and nourishing meals.

What are the nearest transport links?

Nearest Airport: Bournemouth
Nearest Train Stations: Poole or Parkstone
Busses stop 1 min walk from The Sashes.
Free parking spaces available onsite.

Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely, if you can no longer make your chosen weekend, you can adjust your date up to 14 days prior to the original date without any additional charges.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

We understand that life happens, therefore if you have to cancel up to 14 days prior to your booking, we are able to refund you 75% of your payment. After this point, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. If you would like to instead reschedule, this can be arranged.

Is the retreat accessible?

If you have mobility issues, please let us know so we can be sure to accommodate you on the ground floor. Unfortunately due to structural limitations, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs at this time.
